Finance Assistant / 财务助理

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process and prepare financial and business forms for the purpose of checking account balances, facilitating purchases, etc.
  • Perform routine calculations to produce analyses and reports as requested by the Finance Director
  • Help oversee and manage individual accounts
  • Create, send, and follow up on invoices
  • Review and adhere to department budgets
  • Collect and enter data for various financial spreadsheets
  • Review and audit financial statements and reports, ensure all calculations and data entries are correct
  • Reconcile any discrepancies or errors identified by conversing with employees and/or clients
  • Report any troubling discoveries or suspicion of wrongdoing to the proper authorities
  • Collect information and prepare payroll payments for employees
  • Assist the Finance Manager in creating financial reports on a regular basis

Project Coordinator (Mandarin Speaking) / 项目协调员(普通话)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Cooperate with sales team to assist exhibitors in related work and signing of sales contracts.
  • Submit sales reports to the Manager and Finance Department.
  • Update the basic/primary plan based on the sales report.
  • Make basic plans and prepare sales materials to support the sales team as required.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department and provide the invoice to the customer immediately after receipt of payment.
  • Make sales brochures, contracts and invoices as required.
  • Database maintenance (prospective/exhibitors).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with relevant working experience will be considered
  • Proficient in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing skills)

Event Coordinator / 活动协调员

Job Responsibilities:

  • Plans and organizes the use of exhibition hall, coordinate the layout of the booth, layout of the functional areas, and is responsible for the coordination and communication with the exhibition venue;
  • Responsible for assisting the exhibition team in the preliminary training of the exhibition management and operation services and supervising implementation;
  • Responsible for the reception of on-site management and supervision of service personnel, and at the same time preparing and coordinating for any on-site emergencies or contingencies;
  • Integration of management and reception operation work, supervise and guide subordinates to implement work, and recommend solutions and opinions on problems that emerged/occured;
  • Communicate with superiors, convey relevant instructions from superiors, analyze the management of reception services on a regular basis, and report the progress of work to the project managers in charge.
